Your last point today (“Yes- I am a sap”) only animal lovers could understand the unconditional love between pets and owners. However, you might be surprised how much your cats miss you.
Our daughter’s cat, Puzzels, would wait every night until she came home from school or from a date. He would perch on top of the wingback chair by the entry and you could just tell the happiness he had when she would arrive. While she went off to college, in Colorado, he would wait every night on his perch until morning. When our daughter completed college he was full of joy and zest but if she left he would climb back on his perch and wait until she came home. After a year of staying with her parents in cold and snowy Minnesota she followed her dreams and moved to California. She fell in love with a wonderful man and there she stayed. Poor puzzels continued his nightly vigil until his death. My wife and I both feel he died of a broken heart.
I enjoy reading your daily “Business Intelligence Brief” and am amazed at the wealth of information you provide daily. Thank-you for providing this information to our credit community, you certainly have a gift. I am looking forward to your presentation this coming Friday to our FORIUS group. Hopefully our snow will be gone by then.
